Shipping & Returns
Products purchased from troosskin.com can be returned within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know why you are returning the product to begin the returns process. We cannot offer refunds on any shipping charges for the return. Refunds are normally processed within 2-3 business days after being received at Troos Skincare and Apothecary.
When can I expect my shipment?
Standard shipping in 5 business days from date of order. Tracking information will be emailed to the address used during checkout upon shipment. We do not ship on holidays.
We ship via USPS. Standard free shipping is via USPS First Class mail which usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Larger orders are upgraded to USPS Priority Mail free of charge.
For urgent orders, we offer Express shipping. Express orders will be prioritized and shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express and will arrive within 1-2 business days in most cases.
How much do I have to spend to get free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100.
Do you ship internationally?
We are working on internationally shipping currently. Please email email@example.com and will will try to accommodate your order.
Please note, orders shipped to countries outside the U.S. may be subject to import/value added taxes and customs and/or duties fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for taxes and customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
We do not accept international returns.
Do you observe eco-conscious practices in your product packaging?
We are highly committed to minimizing waste and lessening our environmental impact.
We use glass bottles that are non-reactive but are also fully recyclable. We use synthetic labels as they must be water- and oil-proof; currently no recyclable options meet these requirements. Packing is in biodegradable starch peanuts and we use paper tape to seal boxes.
